Beginning work on my profile... I've already run into my first roadblock... if any of you programmers with more experience CSS experience than this one can fix it, here it is. (I assume it's not hard, I just can't figure it out, I might just be being affected by the fact that it's 2AM xD sweatdrop ).

So basically I'm adding transparency to my boxes, but I've got one of the decorations that I'm trying to get to fade in with mouseover on a box. Here's the code fragment:

opacity: 1; /* becomes opaque at mouseover */
.decoration{opacity: 1;} -- here's the code I can't seem to figure right now.
}.decoration{
opacity: .4; /* makes decorations transparent */

You've got two pieces of code telling the decorations to be two different levels of opacity. I haven't done this in a while but that seems to be your problem. Is one of them supposed to be the opacity when you mouseover it?

To start off, you'll need to know how to enter CSS codes. CSS codes can be entered on this page. With 2.0 profiles, you can also edit your profile without CSS, by clicking the "Edit my profile" button located at the top of your profile page; however, this allows less customization than CSS coding.

Hey, so I've ******** around with some of the code on my profile and it's shaping up pretty nicely thanks to your guide but I've got a question: How do you change the size of the columns? I'd like to widen the left column and slim the middle one.

Howeverr, I was wondering if there's a way to make all the profile info boxes center with the page, like a background can? I currently have my profile set up so that any movement I put in affects the entire column, not just the individual "profile" or "comments" box.
like:

I'm trying to add this 1 song player in my 'about me section' using the new profile of course.
what do I need to add or edit to make it work on my profile? I add it, and it doesn't give the player and song title, it just inputs the whole code.

When I try hover over any of my links, the leaves, the new image is behind the first. I would like the image I set as a hover one appear on top of the first image. The first image and url're in a custom box, do you need that too?
