Well count me as impressed because I would have never figured it out! There’s thousands of items these days! Not just coco kitty plushies or angelic halo’s any more sweatdrop

✦ Try this: (underwear)
Now it won't do it through clothes or a body mod i believe. It may clip through some torso items but I'm not sure if there is a item that takes off sides of the shirt or skin of a equipped shirt or body mod even. It maybe something to bring up if gaia has a item submission thread... or something idk honestly how gaia makes new items lol but hope this helps even though it may not be what you are looking for.

^^In addition to what Dessert mentioned, this thread is a great resource for that: scissors + misc mods (just ctrl f and search for waist).


And these items are body mods, so they might not work with other things layered on top of them but they do alter the waist/torso:
