Thank you for the suggestions. But they wouldn’t work for the following reasons:

Adoring fans might work but doesn’t have a tennis net.

Extreme Schooling has a soccer or football net.

Adventure Field? I not sure what that is.

Volleynyan has a volley ball net. They are higher than a tennis net.

If someone could tell me how to create images suitable for Gaia I might be able to craft some for free. Just saying 🦊

You can't simply "create images suitable for Gaia" and turn them into items (unless, perhaps, if you are one of their hired artists).
The best you can do, as a user, is to purchase the right kind of ticket and turn it into the item you need. It's not going to be cheap, though, and it will probably require a couple years for your item to be ready.
