RoyalAzureStone has identified it for me in the "What's that item" thread: it's from Modus Operandi, the "Reporter Wilhelm's camera" pose. There are several poses with different backgrounds, depending on the arm pose of the avi.

Also, Nil Frost added that you can hide the camera by using the collar from Small Things items, like Snowbeary Small Things.

RoyalAzureStone has identified it for me in the "What's that item" thread: it's from Modus Operandi, the "Reporter Wilhelm's camera" pose. There are several poses with different backgrounds, depending on the arm pose of the avi.

Also, Nil Frost added that you can hide the camera by using the collar from Small Things items, like Snowbeary Small Things.

I'm surprised there aren't a lot of backgrounds in "cutters" ... are they split somehow? I saw a few in windows and frame but it seems like even well tagged cutters are missing

They weren't really added at some point. I'm not sure if Nemuki plans on adding more, but, until then, you might want to check Aerdian's "Background Cutter Items" thread here. There's even some previews included on page 2 smile
