Sorry for the outage! We had a bad database error that took down all avatar related functions. Currently working on a fix to make sure this doesn't happen again. sweatdrop

Uh-oh, errors galore!

We're aware that various features across Gaia have been throwing errors for the past two hours - our developers have been flagged down and are on the case!

Our Billing team informs us that there's reports of direct purchases not granting today, such as when re-upping on GCash. If you've made a purchase today (or at any time) that doesn't grant what you've bought, please reach out to our Billing team so they can assist!

You can reach them by filing a Billing Ticket or via Live Chat!

Site Outage (8pm to 11:30pm)

Apologies a web server update caused an instability error which caused the site to go down at 8PM today. We've since corrected the error and we're setting up better reporting tools for this type of errors from happening in the future. sweatdrop

Spring Event Bug Fix

A recent patch had broken the event. Another fix is going out now and things will be working again by 5:30pm, PST. Sorry for the interruption!
