Towns 1 and Aquarium bug report thread

My aquarium features work, however I cannot load others aquariums or interact with them.

This is the exact problem a friend is having!
I can see and interact with my aquarium just fine, and she can also see and interact with her own aquarium just fine~
However, she can't see mine, it looks completely empty! Even though I can see mine just fine from gaiaonline.com/aquarium, it looks completely blank on my profile, just like how she sees it...
Yet I see it fine in my own signature!
I can see hers just fine on her profile, and we both can see others' in their signatures too!

AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

AQUARIUM

So if I mouse over the top bar 'my gaia' and select aquarium from the dropdown, I can successfully navigate to my aquarium

BUT

if I am on the my gaia page and use the aquarium link from the horizontal line of links that goes 'overview, avatar, house, car, aquarium...profile' I get an error page that says "Adobe flash is required"


I'm up to date on my adobe flash, otherwise the other approach would not work...
I have a google chromebook. My version of chrome internet is up to date.

Issues-

TOWNS 1- Screen loads, invisible avatar, can't move.

AQUARIUM- Will only load if selected from the My Gaia drop down menu, will not load when using the Aquarium tab, just get the comments history.

since keycodes 37, 38, 39, 40 are responsible for the arrow key movements maybe the problem lies in

since that seems to be the only external javascript loaded for Towns 1 that has keycodes in them.

The mouse events appear to be done in

http://gaia.hs.llnwd.net/e2/src/_/1449/src/yui/event-mouseenter/event-mouseenter-min.js?1449

Maybe this should be HTTPS and be stored on a domain that is valid for the certificate?!?!

Avatars not showing up in Towns 1 is probably because their location is not included in the ssl certificate.
When i try to open

(which should be my avatar in Towns1) i see the following error message:

I still can't use Aquariums. It tells me there's a problem loading, am I logged in? try refreshing, and never loads past that. Been happening for months, honestly.
I kept thinking it was just me/something to do with the flash, and hoping it would change! URG lol

I don't know if this counts Lanzer because I know you guys were saying support for Towns 1 might not be possible, but accessing Towns 1 isn't so much the issue for me as it is when I load into it, I cannot move. Cannot see my avi. Nothing.

my avi is also invisible and won't move in towns. my home is glitchy. has a bright spot over the furniture with flashing purple and green squares, bars, lines on the items. I can't do anything with it.

It makes me sad to hear the news about the original Towns, this is what happened with me when I loaded it. Invisible avatar and can't move, no titled servers to choose from so tried the "find me a room" option and got a system error.

Error: The hood address is invalid

Windows 10 and Chrome, pretty sure Chrome is up to date.

As for the aquarium, I've never really kept up with my own personal tank, I use to Booty Grab but haven't done so for a long time now. When I do go to my Aquarium I see this message "It appears as if there was a problem updating your tank. Perhaps you are logged out? Try refreshing the page and log back in." had this message for sometime now but never really reported it to the bug forum sweatdrop but I can tell Lanzer and the team are working hard to help us, thank you for all you've done since you returned. heart

My aquarium will not load so I can add fish to it, one of my mules tanks will load, but not my main account. I've have both of them on Chrome so I don't think the browser is the issue.

I added "https://avatar2.origin.gaiaonline.com/*" as an exception, and now my avatar loads, but I have the same flashing avatar bug that happened a week or two ago. But doing that made the avatar loading and movement work!

I can open aquarium but I can't open Towns 1. (http://www.gaiaonline.com/launch/towns/) I keep on getting an error saying that Towns 1 is in maintenance until January 15th.
