Omg, so I am not the only one having an issue? I thought it was maybe a mistake that a GM made or something. o-o

I have had this issue with my other account Serq. I actually just made this account to find more answers why I couldn't login on my main account. x.x Glad I did make a new account to find this. Now I am only hoping that I could login to Serq soon.

I decided to login with my email instead, I found that I get a different notice. Instead of getting the 'Uh oh! Incorrect username or password', It gives me this error message saying 'You have been blocked until you reach the age of 13'. Well I am way over 13. Hope this can be solved!

I didn't use Remember me this time (I use to in the past but I ended up having some laptop problems and had to reboot, which is how I lost my password on gaia so I created new one and couldn't log on at all no matter how much times I try)
I did not have auto fill password on.

Often when I try to log in via the top link it sends me to the oops screen. It happens most often when I hit the "enter" key instead of clicking "log in" when I've entered my password. Sometimes it does it regardless though. I'm using Chrome.

Edit: I've entered my account info correctly when it does this.

I keep getting the "No username with that email found" error when I try the "forgot your login"
Even though the Emailadress is confirmed and connected to this account sweatdrop

I am not able to recover my main account or any of my other accounts for that matter for a few years now. This account is my friend's since I am way too frustrated to make yet another account to help recover my other accounts. I have 2 accounts linked to one email, so when I try to recover my main account which was my second account linked to that email, it gives me the reset password link for the first account. I really need help with this since I invested a lot of real money on my main account. I'm not mentioning my main account's name for privacy reasons. Please help! I tried logging in with my former account, and when I ask for the email reminder, it doesn't even show up in my email. So I'm assuming I was hacked. =[ Any way I could get that account back? I had quite a bit on it.

I just had a similar situation. Someone else tried logging in and messed up on the password multiple times (Complex passwords for the win! biggrin ). When they finally got it right, it said the IP had changed and that an email was sent. They tried logging in again without looking at the email and messed up on the password again, so they gave up.

About an hour later, I tried, getting the password right the first time and getting the same IP address error. I checked the email and went to the link successfully, but was then met with a consistent 'incorrect password' error. After a few failed login attempts, I reset the password, which solved the problem.

I don't know if this is related or not, but the errors seemed similar, and this looked like a good place to mention it.

I was trying to log into my main account but my password didn't work and I tried logging into my mule and the password didn't work... I forgot the email i had for my main and mule XD And i reset my password on here too because this account didn't work either, now it's working... o_o
