Anybody Having Problems With "Forgot Your Login?"

I can't even get it to send me an email. It says invalid parameters or ID. Then when I try
again, it says an email has been send recently, which isn't true because I didn't get anything.
(It's about a mule of mine whose password I changed recently because of the hacking scare.)

Newest firefox, as far as I know.

- do you have "Remember Me" turned on?
No.

- do you have any sort of password autofill turned on in your browser?
Nope.

mine is the same, but i do have my password saved on firefox... it really sucks because i can get onto my account, but i cant trade or anything :/

My problem isn't the same as the one in the first post, but it is a "Forgot Login?" problem.

Browser: Firefox 3.6.9
"Remember Me" on?: No.
Password autofill: No.

I'm not sure if it's Yahoo or not, but I'm trying to get the password for my other account.
I requested the email, and it went through, but I still haven't received the email. It's not even in my spam or trash folders.
I tried to request for a new email, but it says that the email has been sent.
It's weird, because Gaia Alerts come in fine. =/

its been a day and i still cant log into my main.i have the the password autofill turn on and everytime i click the log in button it keep saying the password is wrong.i did try typing it again but it still cant.I have requested the email but I still havent received any and I didnt think it was hacked because all my premium items is still on my avatar.

I'm using Firefox, and I do have Remember Me turned on. HOWEVER.

I can't log onto my main, like above, but the Forgot Your Login screen will say it's sent an e-mail. I've done this yesterday and thrice today, and I've yet to receive an e-mail.

Im using the newest firefox.

I have remember me turned on...

and I had it set to autofill my password...

but for some reason I couldn't log into my account.

my account's username has been completely changed to "Alex_Hall18", even though it was originally UseYourNam3....., go ahead and search up UseYournam3, it'll come up as Alex_Hall18 every time...

i've tried to recover password and everything, but it says there isn't even a username assigned to my email any more....

I'm not sure whats wrong but...

I'm assuming its a serious database glitch.
either that or the work of a serious hacking attempt.

I haven't logged onto one of my mules for about a month or so, and I sent in a request to RESET PASSWORD, almost 4 times, and I never get an email.

I use Yahoo, and password retrieval has never been a problem UNTIL NOW. I would very like to get into my mule. I have Marimos I want to trade into my main.

I know the email is correct since I receive all the GAIA NEWS and announcements, and it has the account name in it.

I've tried to retrieve my password for my main for the last 3 days. I haven't logged into Gaia for probably a year or so. So it's been awhile.

No emails were sent. 2 days ago I tried to retrieve from another account I know the email of but nothing was recieved there either.

My main's email is Hotmail.
My mule 2 is Yahoo.

I'm using the latest Firefox.
I'm on Mac OSX
I have all updates.
Remember Me is off
Autofill is off.

This is very frustrating, I keep trying to log in guessing the password, but nothing except being locked out for failing.

Tried twice and once it told me "an email has been sent recently."

- Using Mozilla Firefox, newest version
- "Remember Me" is off
- I do have password autofill turned on in my browser and I think that might be how it got messed up. I'm using the same username on two different sites and the password for the other site is replacing the one for this site. I had the password for Gaia saved but the password saved for the same username on the other site is overriding this site. I forget what my password is, anyway, and have not had any success in trying to retrieve it or submit a ticket (posted in the submit a ticket thread, too, because I can't figure out how to submit one).

I think there's an issue with Gaia sending password reset links to Yahoo.

I've tried it with a working Gaia account that I use regularly which has Yahoo and asked for a password reset on that one. And no message was sent back to me. Gaia Alerts are fine on Yahoo, but not Password reset.

Password Reset works with AOL mail though.

I was told to come here. My main account is registered under a [e-mail] email. My university email, which is a gmail address and registered for this current account and works just fine, I receive reset links in their almost instantly.

My Yahoo account has been waiting for 45 hours for my reset link on my main account. And I logged off because I'd forgotten my password, and I was planning on resetting it because of a hack scare, but now I can't even get back into it. crying ... my... my items... and my credit card number. @_@ ... I think I'm gonna have a heart attack.

Oh, also, I use Firefox on my Macbook pro, and I checked my saved passwords, none of those work.

Well, out of curiosity, I just made another account and registered it under a brand new Yahoo email... and... am in the process of WAITING for a reset link... As in... it's not showing up.

My AOL and Gmail accounts work, just not my Yahoo account, but I still get Gaia notices, friend requests, etc.

Also, I filled out a ticket here on Gaia on Sunday (when it happened) and just now I contacted Yahoo... to see if this is a combination of bad communication between two websites. This seems to be a Yahoo specific issue.

I am currently having this problem on my Main account. I am using firefox and I never have "remember me" checked, but I do have saved passwords, but no matter how many times i try, they keep telling me that my pw isn't correct.
