I don't think there's a term in the English language to describe what this guy is.
His work, however, seems like a big puzzle that would be fun to solve should anyone find the time and the capacity to do so.
Aside from that, i'm not sure if people who create cyphers or symmetrical art are considered insane, but i don't think that's it.
Try reading it line for line really fast without stopping, this person is obviously well versed in at least three different religions.

What other reason than insanity would someone create a large extensive puzzle that nobody would have time to figure out on an obscure website.
