Imma need a backstory....
I just moved, ordered internet, the box arrived but there are issues. I was on hold with customer service for 2 hours, and had been kicked out of their online chat several times without once being connected to a support agent, so I roasted them on Twitter for it and got immediate service because I have a small following
I've had to do this to UPS before. I lived in an apartment and had ordered a rug for my classroom. The driver delivered it to the wrong address, and after looking up and down my building I couldn't find it. Called customer service, was put on hold, hung up on multiple times and then told there was nothing they could do until the following Monday at which point i'd be at work. Roasted them on twitter and @ the official UPS account. Within an hour they'd DMed me asking for details, called me and gotten it resolved.
