THEY HAV3 THE LIGHT N HEAVY ONES.
THE HEAVY ONES ARE PERF TO SLEEP IN EVEN IF JUST LIGHT FLOW.
AND COMFY!

i only wear the heavy ones to sleep, because during the day i seem to move around too much and they leak at the sides. but i've found that cloth period pads seem to stay put for me somehow!
