It might either be that the people over in Japan win a prize for getting these keywords, or else they'll be used for some quiz to win a prize. Either way, its for the people in Japan not for us in the US down here...

If you collect the keyword for the special, then send it to TVTokyo (or whichever station Naruto Shippuuden shows), you'll have a chance to join the raffle to win an exclusive prize. For example, Mokuton keyword was so you could get a chance to win the single "Kimi Monogatari" by Little By Little.

Of course, this only applies to Japanese viewers.
