If everyone leaves it, assumedly it's in permanent limbo where it can't be accessed by anyone other than discord staff

Even if you delete your account, the other person on the convo will still have it, it will just say it was a deleted user for your user name, but the messages will still be there. It's the same with photos you shared.

just remove everyone and press the lil x button next to the group chat. it's as good as deleted because no one can access it.
