New $25 Cash Card Not Working!~ Wtf?!

I got the same problem as well. It showed an double screen, like it was loading an page in the corner of the already present page and then ....it didnt give anything. Not the Gaia Cash or th Item. Apparently this card seems to be faulty >.< x.x

Same here! I thought it was glitching, and when it didn't work the second time I wondered what the double page was telling me that I missed. x_x

Hopefully they've merely disabled these particular cards until the issue with the item is fixed, since people weren't getting the Crystal Boxes before.

Just bought a $25 card at Wal-Mart... Dark card with Moira on it. Crystal Box Bonus.

When I redeem it... it tells me that it's, already, been... and I'm getting nothing.

Wtf? This had better be a ******** glitch... or Gaia'd better do something about my loss. I'm in no mood for this s**t.

If Gaia needs proof I can provide it; A picture/scan of the receipt, card, and screen-shot of my not having any cash.

Really all we can do is be patient. I have confidence in gaia to get this sorted out. I'm sure they will be getting plenty of complaints.
Just be lucky that it wasn't a birthday present.
I've failed to get what I want for my B-day, so its kinda a hit to the heart for me.
Oh well, I'm sure that if they can't get the cards working, we will get recompensated for our losses, so don't get upset...

my $25 card from Wal-mart didn't give me my cash either. Looked like it loaded another page in the redeem pin area and then nothing happened, no loading, no transferring, no waiting. Reset the page and tried again, then said it was already redeemed gonk I hope they fix this soon

If the card doesn't work. Take it back to the store and have them replace it. That is why you are given a receipt.

If it's honestly a glitch then message one of the mods that did the announcements and stickies for this forum

Wal-Mart could not exchange my card. They tried but whatever they were doing wasn't allowing them to.

Gaia... Learn about this glitch and ******** fix it asap!~
