Can't change back to human avatar???

Hey all. Been gone for a few years, got my account back. Decided to try a Paw base, and I'm not too wild about it. So I went to change my avatar back to a human, and I click on the arrow and nothing happens. There's literally no way to change back to a human. I even tried a human potion and it didn't work.

Am I missing something?
