I would like to be able to view more items per page.
& sort items certain ways.

We made a minor update today and addressed the follow issues:

- You now have 300 slots to for sharing your avatars, currently each avatar have an expiry date of 90 days (will adjust depending on usage and cost)
- Fixed avatars when "display male and female avatar" option is selected
- ghosting permission fix

Some of you might had noticed that your ghosting feature isn't working. it might be caused by the person you're ghosting doesn't have it enabled. Please ask whoever you're ghosting to visit the avatar builder page and enable the setting.

- does the 300 avi saves pertain to per slot? or does making an avi in any slot, add to this number?

- i dont know why you had to reset peoples' ghosting allowance, it makes quite a pain for those doing things to turn it back on, especially for testing. but whatever

- however ghosting is still not working.
for one, you cannot reset it by ghosting 0, it says 'that user doesnt allow ghosting'
so i ghosted myself just to see my own inventory and such again.
but then i went to ghost a friend, who for sure has her setting turned on to allow ghosting, and it just continued to only show me.

When I search "fur" in my inventory, in the avatar builder, this happens:

Also, when moving from one slot to another, the background color returns to the default white. It would be nice if, along with the equipped items, the slots also retained the bg color selection. (Just a minor thing though, so please ignore this if it's too complex to change or if it could cause new glitches.)

Honestly Lanzer, if you could post a tutorial on how to use Avatar Builder, that would be great. As far I understand, it's more technical than tektek and less user friendly.

Gaia had been bugging out for a bit for me then fixed suddenly. Yet when trying to get on with building my avatar the Gaia avatar builder wont load at all for me. Not sure if its from the previous bugging out or something completely different. What ever this bug may or may not be I would like to get back to working on my avatar please and thank you.

im not sure if there has been an update since my last post in here
but i was testing it out and here are my current discoveries:

ghosting works, but only in slot 1
i can see their avi, and their inventory just fine
[other than some bugs of it giving a string of code based off of certain items, i suspect animated flairs are 1 such type of item that gives this code, though im not sure about others]

however if i go to slot 2, and try to ghost, it refreshes and im back on slot 1
the ghost technically worked but it went to my slot 1 instead of being in slot 2.
the same thing happens with slot 3, it jumps you back to slot 1 and overwrites whatever you were doing.

though, resetting via putting 0 in the ghosting code, does not work.
granted im not sure if this is strictly a GU setting or not, but i figured id mention it.

also, there is a bug??
its only happening on slot 3, but it shows the avi image twice.
so its double deckered like this:

this appears it might be a side effect of something for easier gender swapping?
considering the top is the female base and the bottom is the male base.
is this intentional?

Please note that we also added an option to select "My Inventory" and "Ghost User Inventory", so that you can choose between inventories freely without having to change the value of the ghost user.

* Setting the ghost user number to zero will now remove ghosting. There is also a link for removing ghosting, named "Clear Ghost" which sits beside the Reset link.

thank you for fixing ghosting on slot 2 and 3, and thank you for fixing the 0 = reset

after playing around, there are still a few slight issues:
1. slot 3, still shows male AND female base at the exact same time
so its double deckered in the image

2. my avi has a jacket, and when i FIRST set it to be default/me/my inventory - it shows it
however if i switch to another slot, then come back, the jacket is removed.
this happened on every slot.
first resetting it:

click to another slot, come back, and its now:

i have double checked and regardless of if its reset to normal/basic, or while ghosting myself, it happens.

im not sure of any other examples for problem #2, as this is the first that has super jumped out to me, i hope the images has helped, because items being removed sucks D:

If you have any suggestions or bugs to report about the Avatar Builder re-write, please let us know! This week we will be spending more time driving out the bugs related to Avatar Builder. Your feedback is appreciated!

I have three.

- If an avatar is saved having an Astra item equipped (in the "animated" pose), the Avatar Builder will think that Flash Player is needed to load it. This means that, currently, such avatars can't be ghosted correctly (the equipped items will be shown, the avatar preview will not).
Oddly enough, even unequipping the Astra item from the ghosted avatar in the Avatar Builder will not fix the issue, until the "Get naked" link is used. On the opposite, if the animated poses of Astra items are equipped directly in the Avatar Builder, the glitch doesn't happen.

- Flairs can't be searched. Not even by selecting the "Flair" type.

- The problem I reported previously hasn't been fixed. I investigated further to understand its exact nature. It's a problem with the item Domestic Demon. If I search it having selected the "Item DB" or the "User Inventory", it works correctly. However, if I search it in "My Inventory", I get these lines:

I searched the numbers in the marketplace, using them as item ID, and they correspond to poses from Domestic Demon. I don't even own that item (I have Domestic Honey Demon and that one is displayed correctly in the search).

So at first I thought that using the drop down list for "Search Items: [All Stores]" was not working correctly but I started selecting different stores within that drop down to see what pops up.

I think the drop down search function does work just not as intended!
The stores and contents are are mixed up between each other.

Hope that helps for fixing this bug. Eg: 'Barton Jewelers' items are popping up in 'Cloud 9'.

Removing poses: it used to be could re-select the equipped pose from the database/search section and it would add and remove a pose, but it doesn't do that anymore, you need to click on the "equipped" poses under the avatar to remove poses. That is a little inconvenient [largely depends on how many items you're wearing].

So it's current behavior of not being able to use the same icon to add and remove then spawns an oddity related to the low collision detection of post-migration releases in that I can add multiple instances of a pose to an outfit. If I click on a shirt multiple times [a post server migration released shirt] the equipped market data button list will still only list it as one copy of the item is being used in the avatar, but if I want to remove the shirt I have to click the equipped pose icon multiple times to remove all the instances of it I put on.

If the first issue were handled in a way that it checks if you are already wearing that exact pose and if so interprets a second click/selection of the exact same pose as a removal request, it should preclude the pose-instance stacking oddity entirely.
