I'm looking for offwhite skin similar to this:
I've already tried the wasteland item, but I'm not a fan of where the nose sits.
I also tried ghosting around. The transparency doesn't fit with the avatar.

I suggest having a look through this list, see if something fits. New master skins list

mmm without there being a face or a hat attached... not that I know of. But there are also several hats or faces that do that as well.

Energetic Student K has a shadow over the face, but it comes with a mouth and angry brows.
