I'm assuming you're doing a Xin cosplay. Thankfully, I play League and understand the reference. However, it's generally understood to post a picture of your cosplay muse so that we can accurately rate.

This is quite well done, and I appreciate the spear choice. I wish the face had a little bit more emotion and perhaps a different set of bangs.

TheLe Pivot Rose (sorry if I said the item name incorrectly) is a nice item and your smoking drag is a nice choice. Sadly, those are the only things that really go together. The hair, grunny, tiara, etc. don't really go with the theme you sort of establish with the rest of the avatar. Try to keep things along the same line/page so that it makes more sense next time. It certainly has potential though.

I love the general idea of your avi and it's quite well-made imo! The only thing that kind of... stands out, is the very bright sash. Maybe it's just me, but it kind of distracts from the rest of the avi because of its brightness.

head is boring-ish. Black GetaGrip Headband could add the look of concentration.
or better yet Dark Feather headband.

8.5/10 I love what you have as an overall theme but the legs, or rather a dearth of.
It makes your avatar look like he's floating which distracts from the overall avatar.
If you were going for a magical flying pirate then you get a 10/10.
