Kurogane and Fai are not canon-yaoi. >_>; If anything, Kurogane was more strongly hinted towards Tomoyo.
And the angels and devils? I personally believe that they were meant to be genderless. Remember that scene when Kohaku told the grandfather that he/she/it wasn't a girl, nor a guy? I can't remember the exact wording, but... The old man was commenting on how adorable a girl Kohaku is, and Kohaku went "but I'm not a girl!"
And the man went eek at him/her/it, and said musingly that boys could be this cute, too... And Kohaku said that he/she/it wasn't a guy, either.
They do imply that there are sexual relations of some sort. Maybe celestial-ified, but it's something close to human sex, at least. But since they're sexless... It's pretty safe to say that it's not shounen-ai. (Although they're too guyish for it NOT to be meant to be shounen-ai... sweatdrop
