• Four elements roam this earth.
Creeping in and out of surfaces,
like a shadow in the night.
    One is fire,
    that burns with a passion.
    Its blazing inferno flickers,
with the beat of a human heart.
    It contains the incandescence,
    that leaves us staying strong.
    The second is water,
    so full of life.
    It stampedes the shoreline,
    like horses in a pasture.
    The waves caress the earth,
like a mother with a child.
    The next is air,
    flowing freely where it wants.
    It surrounds us,
    giving life to us all.
    Controlling the other elements,
    making it the leader.
    The last is earth,
supporting those who walk on it.
    It protects its creatures,
like a soldier in a war.

    All these elements help us,
    letting us live life.
    They get enraged,
when they aren't protected as well.
    Their anger cause havoc,
like hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, and eruptions.
    They will always help us,
    like our second parents.
    But they are like workers,
    they expect something in return.
    They want and need respect.
They want it more then kids want sugar.
They need it more then a light bulb needs electricity.
It's not much to ask for, is it?
