We have never meet but i have talked to him for bout 2 years then fell madly in love with him . This poem is saying even though your not here , this jacket you sent me is enough to keep me happy until we get the chance to meet.

Every minute your on my mind
No wonder , it seems i cant think straight anymore
This jacket wrapped tight around me , hugging me in ways your not here to do ,
ways i need you to
Your smell , lingers so long on this jacket , it now resembles my own
These feelings , stirring up in me , in the pit of my stomach , i know their from you

Whether your presence is here with me , your soul and your words are , yet i still feel the loss of you
The loss i knew i could never gain , until we unite
Through long distance relationships , this seems to happen a lot ,
So as i received this small piece of you , this wonderfully , small but perfect piece of you , i felt my heart tighten
Tighten , pinch , bind in such a way , i never knew was possible

You see , from a single piece of you , a jacket ... a single jacket , i knew you really were here for me
Surely , you feel the same , surely , you love me just as much

Every minute your on my mind , wait , make that every "second" your on my mind
My dearest , i know you are not beside me , i know we have a long way to go , but this feeling of love , this irreplaceable need for you and no one else , shows me that i can wait .

You see , i believe i will wait forever for you
Forever ... as long as you promise to take over the job of this jacket , this piece of you and hold me when we finally meet .
