If only she could shed a tear
Instead there tears of blood
She cannot cry
Inside shes dying
Troubled she is
She dare not speak what it was
Trying not to worry
Yet she still does
Not just that
But shes also scared
Of what may come
And to what may happen to her
For she feels alone
In the shadows you'll see a river of blood
As she slit her wrists
Gasping for her last breath
Hoping she could've meant more
To herself
To others
To him
Nothing more she could've done
But to live her life in the shadows
For these tears she couldn't cry
But tears of blood
