• My hopeless life,
    Sought out Winter,
    To find Death,
    To end it all.
    His cold embrace,
    Piercing my breaking skin.

    Like little knives,
    The burning frost,
    Cuts into my freezing flesh.
    Reaching to my very soul,
    With each unbearable pain.

    The bitter wind,
Freezes the sky, the Earth, the world.
    My sad soul dies,
    Slowly inside,
    With each anguished blow.

    My battered soul,
    became nothing,
    Nothing but a memory.
Like the glories of this world,
    I am forgotten.

    The spiteful cold,
    Beckons Death,
    To feed upon,
    My fruitless life.
    Forever trapped,
    In Winter’s grasp,
    I cry.
    My desperate tears,
    Are frozen,
    Before they hit the snow.

    The vanishing world,
    Faded quickly away,
    Like a dying dream,
    In this cruel world.

    My fighting spirit,
    Broke away.
    Giving up,
    This losing battle.
    Wearing away,
    Like the going world.
    Disappearing,
    Into nothing,
    Nothing but white.
