• Dear little water drop what do you do?
After you fall from the sky?
    What next do you do?

I fall from the sky and hit the ground and join other waters
A big job up awaits us
So we gather and gather all of us waters

We travel on land to get to lower ground
Carving into the land to help us get there quick
It is easier for others to follow if the path is easily found

Slowly we carve away the rock
Little do we realize the amount that we carried away
We move sediment as we travel along; there is no time for simple talk

We reach the ocean the waters and me
    Crashing up against land
Is as fun as can be

But soon the land goes away
As we pound and pound up against its surface
That process caused the rock to wear away

Erosion that is what I do
    The little water droplet said
    To you
