She followed the trail of a cool nights breeze
Her skin shone silver in the pale moonlight
The air was filled with the beat of a hummingbirds wings
Though Pixie was the only living creature in sight
A stream of gold miners luck followed her venture
Her body was cloaked in a sea of pure white
As she floated on a breeze to warm the iron of heart
As she nestled upon a toadstool for the night
A stretching of time and space seemed to fall from the sky
As Pixies dreams were caressed by the breeze
The most pleasant a dream did the tiny girl have
She smiled as she awoke to kneel on her knees
Pixie Dust, Pixie Dust, air darting queen
You fly with such speed like a man with a sting
You are the honey pot of a bitter sweet riddle
As you fly with the beat of a hummingbird's wing
