    太樣爺爺累了，
    下山睡一點兒，
    明天才回來和小朋友玩。
    天就黑了，
    但是月亮哥哥飛到天空，
    好像我們的大圓燈，
    叫他全家的小弟弟妹妹出來玩。
    天就亮起來，
    月亮哥哥高興地看，
    星星弟妹一起亮亮地笑。
    小孩子聽他們唱歌，
    甜蜜蜜地睡著了。
    臉上的嘴巴師一大船。
    一夜都是這麼樣，
    到一早太樣爺爺睡醒了，
    把他們叫起來，
    他們才跳出牀，
    開心地叫起來，
    一個新天開時了，
    小和大，
    全都爬一上一下，
    又能出去玩。
    太陽爺爺又看住他們一天，
    一累了，
    月亮哥哥就來幫忙，
    還他的弟妹也來和小朋友玩.

    English Translation:

    Grandfather Sun, Brother Moon, and Little Stars

    Grandfather sun is tired,
    Goes down the mountain to sleep a bit,
    Will come back tomorrow to play with the children.
    The sky darkens,
    But brother moon flies into the sky,
    Like our big, round light,
    Calls his little brothers and sisters out to play.
    Thus the sky brightens,
    Brother moon happily watches,
    Brother and sister stars brightly laugh,
    Children listen to their song,
    And sweetly fall asleep.
    On their faces, their mouths are big boats.
    It stays like this all night,
    Until morning when grandfather sun wakes up,
    And wakes them up,
    Then they leap out of bed,
    And happily yell,
    It is a new day,
    Big and small,
    They all climb up and down,
    They can go play again.
    Grandfather sun watches them for another day,
    Until he tires,
    Brother moon then comes to help,
    And his brothers and sisters come to play with the children as well.
