• Art is a Strange Thing
    By N.A. Triantaffelow

    My dear conscience, how'dya do?
Its been so long since I've seen you!
    I've been working hard,
    Don't you doubt,
    My clever schemes,
    Your cops won't figure out!
    The next piece'll be great,
and I'm sure you can't wait,
    But in the meantime
    Tend to poor Marykate.
And the next will be better,
    Than any Mona Lisa,
    Or Tower of Pissa,
    But even Hanging Gardens
    Don't hang Acacia.
    So there you are,
    I've got you going
and this silly investigation I'm towing!
    But remember,
On the night of the moon--
My dear conscience, I'll be seeing you soon...
