• We start life and learn to walk,
Next thing you know, we've learnt to talk,
Pretty soon we're riding our trike,
Hoping that one day we can ride a bike.

Whoa! what are all these people, is there no end?
Hmmm maybe I'll find a friend,
This place seems fun, I get to paint and draw,
Maybe one day I'll use it to drop someones Jaw.

Once again, a new place, new friends,
Oh, now I get to use my pens,
So much homework, how to cope..
I think I'll learn not to give up hope,

This place is so big, how will I survive?
Time flies by, now I get to learn to drive,
I'm excited, finally get my first job,
Pretty soon though, I won't be working for that slob.

Woohoo! now legal age to smoke and drink,
Last night was bad, so I learned, I think,
Bang! now have a wife and family,
Gee my life's gone by speedily.

    I'm now my own boss,
Time to give some workers the toss,
Getting older, feel I need to retire,
Go home to my wife whom I admire.

I think I might write our wills,
So me and my honey can go for some last thrills,
    Amazing, we're now grandparents,
We hope our kids raise them to be good Ladies and Gents.

Time is closing, time to say goodbye,
    Please everyone do not cry,
Life goes by, we do not forget,
    The people we have met.

Yet one thing we shall never learn,
Is how to deal with that burn,
We may learn the lessons of Life,
but not death and it's strife.
