• "Hey, are you awake?" Daisuke asked. The sun was up. "I am now. What is it?" I asked, sitting up. "We have to go down to the training room." he said. He had on a white t-shirt, blue pants, chain belt, black and white checkered braclet, and grey sneakers. "Now?" I asked. He nodded. "Okay. Mind waiting in the bathroom?" I asked. "Sure." he said, and went into the bathroom. I changed into a black and dark purple plaid skirt, black and dark purple stripped shirt, black combat boots, thigh high dark purple socks, chain belt, black choker with a dark purple rose hanging from it, my usual clip, and a black and black and dark purple checkered bracelet. "You can come out now." I called. As he went out, I went in and brushed my teeth. The entire time, looking at my eye which was not covered. "Okay, ready." I called when I was done. Daisuke finally looked at what I was wearing as I came out of the batheroom, and blushed. I smiled at him, which made him blush even harder. "What's wrong?" I asked, though I kinda knew. "Y-You look really nice, that's all." he said, trying to look away but eventually looking back at me. "You know, you always look at me this way." I said, walking to him as he was sitting on the bed. "Sorry, I can't help it." he said. I knelt down in front of him, looking up into his blazing green eyes. He smiled down at me "You're the only person I've ever actually had feelings for." he said. "You make that sound like you've never actually loved anyone before." I pointed out. "Well, let me say it like this. I've never been so in love with anyone but you." he said. "So, you've been in love before?" I asked. "Yup. Twice. Maia and Ahiru. They were both my girlfriends for a while." suddenly, he put on a face like he just said something he shouldn't have. I shrugged "It's okay. I've been with other people in the past too." I said. "Really? How many?" he asked. "Daisuke, I've lived for 800 years, so....a lot. But, one was Riku Koshiba. We were together for about two years, but he started getting older and I stayed the same age. So, we broke up. I whatched him as he got even older, get married to a woman named Annabell, it's an american name. She was very beautiful as a young woman, even as she got older, I remember her blue eyes never stopped shining, that is, until she died. Her and Riku remained married until the very end." I said. "Wow. That's happy and sad at the same time." he said. "Yeah. Just for listening, I'll tell you something very intresting about yourself that you don't know." I said. "What could I not already know about myself?" he asked. "Your death." I said flatly. "Oh....right." he said. I stood up, sat on his lap, and traced the lines of one of his hands while I spoke. "You're a very intresting person, in a mage sense of words. When I look into when you are going to die-" Daisuke cut me off. "Wait. You check for when I am going to die?!" he asked. I shrugged "Yes. But, the thing is, I can't see a thing. There is absolutely nothing there." I said. "What does that mean?" he asked. I traced a line down the middle of his palm, than pointed to the right side "It means one of the two. One: You have not set on a certain path yet therefore your death cannot be predicted. Or two:" I put my finger on the left side of the imaginary line "You will not die but live forever, therefore you do not have a death to show." I finished, lying back on my bed, my head, lying on the matress, turning sideways a bit that made my shirt that was over my stomach bump against his. "That's.....really intresting." he said. "I told you, didn't I?" I said. "Well, we gotta go." he said, picking me up, his hand around my shoulders and the other around my knees. "I-I can walk." I said. He smiled, but put me down. "Why do you have to pick me up all time?" I said annoyed, although I secretly didn't mind. "Honestly?" he asked. "Honestly." I confirmed. "Three reasons, one: you look really cute when carried." he said. I blushed, but he continued, raising up two fingers "Two: I think it's really intresting how you're so light in weight. And three: You have really soft skin and carrying you is a good excuse." he said. I blushed to my roots. "That's kinda perverted." I said. "Wh-What?!" he yelled. "Well, it does." I said. He was blushing, but smiled and slipped his arm around my shoulders. "We should hurry." I said. He nodded and we went down to the training room.
