• The monk came down from the horse, left it to rest. He felt unsafe and scared and thought something is wrong. The crow screamed her deadly laugh. The sound of crickets was calming but nothing else would calm the monk. He was here before. He was scared of the place. Didn't ever want to come back but his King asked him for a favour. The monk couldn't decline his King's order and had to come.
    He knocked on the door. No answer. It was early morning, 7:13 am, maybe , he thought, the person inside was still sleeping. He turned around and walked towards the horse, thinking of an excuse for not completing his King's order. Then a creeping sound of an opening old door flew to his ears from behind...
