• I toss and turn in the silent night. No sound came from outside. Then the wind picked and when it died down I saw him at my window sill. His eyes where as cold as steel, and the smirk he gave me, seem to lure me toward him.
“Who are you?” I asked, facing him. His aroma seems to hypnotize me.
“Does it matter?” He asked, looking deeply into my golden bronze eyes.
“Yeah, because it’s kind of weird for you to be in my room. Also sick, and how did you get up here it’s like a two story building. You would have to flown…”
His lips stop me in my track as it traced my mouth. A sensation that tingles through my whole body made me stumble back. He stared at me with content and lust. It looked like he hungered for more of it.
“Ms. Beddingfield I believe that was your first kiss.” He said and as a gust of wind transpires he was gone.
I lay down onto my bed thinking of that tremendous event when sleep crept up to me and it swallowed me whole. I dreamt of him with his eyes that was red as blood and in the light golden. I thought of him as a vampire, since I’ve been reading those books, but it wasn’t quite it. I was almost at the climax of my dream when I heard the repeated loud noise of my alarm clock. Great now I have to go to school.
While I was eating breakfast I wonder if are encounter was connected to my dream, and if it was well that was one hell of a dream.
“Sulking?” My older sister Abigail asked. She was snarky and mean. Never said anything nice to me, or done anything nice for me.
“Yeah, something like that.” I said while sighing sorrowfully.
“Man if you keep that up your young years will be over.” My older brother Darrell said.
“Well, that would be the only exciting thing that may happen to her.” Abigail muttered, while snatching one of my French toast.
“Abby, why do you have to be like that?” Darrell solicits. He rolled his eyes not amused of Abigail’s malevolent remarks.
It seemed like my siblings well have their bicker of the morning. It’s always been like this. Abigail makes rude snarky remarks and Darrell well stand up for my pride. I wish that I could just stand up to her, but I’m just a tranquility and peacemaking girl. It can be depressing sometimes, as I’ve heard people say, or tell me. Somehow I can live with it, for now. As long as my mysterious vampire knight comes.
"Hey want me to drive you to school?" Darrell asked while grabbing his keys off the counter.
"Please you might get into an accident." Abigail said while grinning at me.
Obviously she's making me feel bad. I believe that she blames me for the time mom and dad died in the accident 5 years ago. Actually that's when she started acting mean.
We were driving down a narrow bridge while a hail storm stroked repentantly at the car. Even though the weather was appalling it didn’t stop our good moods. We laughed and joke and it was fun, until mom brought up about boys. I wasn’t really interested in boys; well I don’t think I’ll have a chance, with my dad and brother. So to make her stop talking about it and never say anything again, I said some things. Something’s that I’ll regret for the rest of my life. I told her that if she doesn’t stop sticking her mighty a** nose into my business then I’ll revolt from this family. That made her quiet, it shut her up alright. My dad, he didn’t say anything, I think he was too speechless. Then it happens. A shadowy figure tear through the hail storm night and my mom swerved at the wheel. Already she was an emotional wreck, which made the car spanned around a few times until it fell off the bridge into the frozen cold lake. The impact knocked me unconscious, and the next thing I know I’m across from the accident on snowy grass watching the car sink into the stationary lake with my parents in it. I didn’t speak for months, and I don’t think I’ve ever recover for it.
“It’s okay I’ll walk.” I said, then I got up and dragged my numbly legs through the door not looking back. I stormed through the street keeping my head down for no trouble all the way to school.
