• Close your eyes.. Breathe in and out, calmly and evenly. Imagine the scene as it comes to you.

    The sun is bright, the day is warm. The blue sky is gently caressing your skin. Close your eyes again as a wind blows over you, its warmth relaxing your tired muscles.

    Water begins to trickle around your ankles, and when you open your eyes, you are knee-deep in a stream, the water isn't too warm or cold, just right. The banks are rocky, your towel warming in the sunlight. You fall back into the water, and as it closes over your face, you wake up.

    You had dozed off to sleep in the forest. You had brought some blankets with you. Your best friend is sleeping next to you, their breath calm and soothing. You stand up without waking them and walk over to a tree. You jump up and climb to the lowest branch, where a guitar was sitting. Plucking the strings to test their tune, you get your guitar into playing condition.
    You begin to play a gentle song, and it wakes your friend. They wake up and turn towards you, a sleepy smile on their face. You sit in the tree and play the rest of the song, the sun warming you and the leaves giving you an applause. It's a perfect day.
