• Haven smiled to herself as she turned the volume on her Ipod up a bit more, dancing barefoot on the dark stage. She had stayed after school to help break down the set from the school's production of Into The Woods, since she had the privilege of playing Cinderella. It had been amazing, absolute bliss, and she was sad to see it end. Slowing slightly, she could feel tears p***k her eyes as she realized she wasn't going to have the freedom she had on stage anymore. Realizing this, she slowly moved to sit on an old chair in the corner of the stage, hidden by shadows and curtains, tucking her knees under her chin and sighing softly as she remembered the happiness, and tried to ignore the sadness. It worked, for a bit, until she head footsteps, and she slipped off the chair and deeper into the shadows. The footsteps stopped, however, near the spot she had left her sweater and shoes. ~Stupid stupid stupid...I shouldn't have left them out in the open like that...~she thought, biting her lip slightly and moving towards her things. She could hear whoever had walked in leave, and saw a small piece of paper on top of her sweater, curious, she sat down on the stage next to them, tugging her headphones down and picking it up.

Don't cry, little Cinderella. You'll find your prince soon.

She had to smile slightly at this, though she felt the tears coming again. "How odd it is...that a simple note could make me feel this way...." she said softly, to herself. Glancing around once to see if she could see who had left her the note, and seeing no one, she wiped the few tears that had escaped before she tugged her sneakers on, tucked the note into her pocket, and was gone, a trail of music in her wake, as the boy hiding in the shadows smiled.

    "Farewell, My little Cinderella..."
