• This story takes place in a past tense of the world. There was a small town thief. His parents were killed when he was 1yr old and he was left to die, but fate had different plans in mind. He was found by some elder thief’s and was trained as a thief that wanted to be able to kill his victims. The town is an older town. It has a lot of run down buildings and small family houses, but the town is right outside a major city of trade and shipyards. The thief is about to encounter a life changing experience.

    The sun began to rise as you see a shadow coming from behind you.

    “SHADOW!! Why the hell are you sneaking up on me??”

    “Damn it Chaos!! Why did you turn around??”

    Chaos stared at him. “Why are you trying to scare me? I’m a higher rank then you?”

    Shadow stopped and watched his hands. “Chaos what are u doing?? Why are you shaking??”

    Chaos reached into his pocket. “I’m getting ready for a run.” Chaos went to leave then stopped. “Shadow when you go out for your run watch for order and light. You do realize they are after us right?”

    Shadow looked at him. “I know. You be careful please I don’t want to lose my partner.”

    Chaos looked back. “Thanks, but I’ll be fine.” Chaos turned around and walked out the rundown building.

    Shadow went out behind chaos then went to the town shops.

    Chaos walked past a couple of men that never noticed he walked past. “I wonder if they have any valuables on them??”

    Chaos cut off into the ally. He watched the men walk past. “Well here I go.”

    Shadow walked in front of chaos. “Hey.. I need your help.”

    Chaos stumbled backward a bit. “Holy s**t. Where the hell did you come from??”

    Shadow laughed lightly. “I went to the store but yea I couldn’t get the supply needed.”

    Chaos stood up. “Well what the hell did you try to get?? We don’t need anything.”

    Shadow looked at him. “Well you see when a girl hits a curtain.”

    Chaos placed his hands on his ears. “I don’t want to know, trust me I don’t care.”

    Shadow began to blush. “Oh.. Ok.”

    Chaos smacked his head. “I can’t believe I’m about to ask but. What kind of um, Rags do you need??”

    Shadow looked at him. “Whatever you can get.”

    Chaos began to walk towards her. “You’re so dead when I get done with you.”

    Shadow smiled. “Thank you chaos.”

    Chaos shrugged her off. “Its ok I don’t mind I won’t get caught.”

    Shadow looked at him. “Mind if I tag along to insure your safety?”

    Chaos shook his head. And began to walk towards the store.

    Shadow followed chaos. “So why are you so stubborn?”

    Chaos continued walking. “Look how I was when I was younger I had no parents I was taught to be the way I am.”

    Shadow walk along side chaos. “It must have been rough for you.”

    Chaos sighed. “It had its moments.”

    They arrived at the store.

    Chaos looked at shadow. “Ill be right back. Keep a look out for me K?

    Shadow nodded. “Sure.”

    Chaos walked in.

    Chaos walked past the shop clerk. “Good day sir.”

    Shopkeeper looked at him. “Good day to you.”

    Chaos walked down the isle with the women’s care supply.

    The shop keeper kept watching chaos.

    Chaos looked at a box of pads and picked it up. “I wonder if she’ll be satisfied with these??”

    Chaos stuck the box into his pocket.

    The shopkeeper locked the door. “Your not leaving without paying for them.”

    Chaos smirked. “So your willing to die?”

    The shopkeeper laughed. “you wouldn’t dare.”

    Chaos looked at him. “Want to bet?”

    The shopkeeper drew a knife. “I sure as hell do.”

    Chaos looked at him and walked toward him. “You better know how to use it.”

    The shopkeeper froze. “Is he seriously going to fight me?”

    Chaos continued to move towards the shopkeeper. “You ready?”

    The shopkeeper tried to stab chaos. As chaos drew his dagger getting cut on the arm.

    Chaos smirked. “I think u missed.” Chaos swung with the dagger facing away from him slicing the shopkeeper in the chest.

    The shopkeeper stumbled back against the window.. “This can’t be happening.” he’s eyes grew wider.

    Chaos ran toward him slashing though his body cutting it up then kicks him though the window. “See b***h you couldn’t win.”

    Chaos walked past shadow. “Let’s go.”

    Shadow followed him quickly. “What happen in there??”

    Chaos smirked as he felt the blood running down his arm. “He saw you and was going to come out and get you.”

    Shadow smiled. “Did you get my items? Where are we going?”

    Chaos nodded. “Yes I got you your pats. We are going back home Its getting late.”

    Shadow smiled happily and followed him home. “Thank you.”

    As they arrived at the run down building they lived in to find the head thief waiting for chaos.

    Chaos froze wonder why he was there.

    The head thief glared at chaos. “Chaos!!! Why the hell did you kill the shopkeeper?”

    Chaos looked at him. “Shadow go inside.”

    Shadow walked past them and went inside.

    Chaos looked at the head thief. “I had no choice. He tried to kill me.”

    “That’s no excuse chaos you’re no assassin.”

    Chaos glared at him. “Well maybe that’s what I want to be. You won’t stop me.”

    The head thief looked at him. ‘well then we have a problem cause I wont let you live if you just going to portray us.”

    Chaos looked at him. “Il kill you if I have to. You won’t stop me. If I have to do this to become an assassin ill do it.”

    Chaos drew his dagger.

    The head thief looked at him. “fine.” He drew is short sword.

    Chaos ran toward the head thief and tried to slash him in the chest; he hit chaos hand with the butt of the blade and pushed chaos back.

    Chaos stumbled back. “s**t he’s stronger then I thought he was.”

    Chaos lunged at him again. The head thief saw him coming. Chaos slid under him. The head thief looked back in terror as chaos leaped up stabbing him in the back and pulling the blade up.

    Chaos pulled his blade back. “I told you I would beat you.”

    The head thief looked at him as the blood flowed out his back.. “I was proud to be killed by
    you such a worth assassin. I’m proud to of called you my son.” He dropped to the ground as his heart stopped.

    Chaos looked at him as he died. “I’m glad I never knew you to be my father you disgraceful peace of s**t.” He walked over to the body and took the amulet. “I own this guild now.”
