• Dante smiled as he called his girlfriend Serina.
"I can't wait to tell her about the colleges I got into" He thought to himself.
Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring.....
"Hey It's Serina! I'm sorry but I can't get to my phone right now! Pleace leave a message and I'll back to you ASAP! Love You! Peace!"
This was the second time ever he had reached her voicemail. First time she was in the shower. Second time was now. He had no idea why she wasn't picking up.
"Ummm Hey S. Why aren't you picking up your phone? Text me if you can't talk.
    Love you! Bye!"
    Dante was confused.
"She said she'd always pick up the phone for me. Always. Why isn't she picking up? I always call her around this time! My god.. What if she's with another guy?! No. Serina isn't like that."
He spent the hour wondering what was wrong with Serina to the point where he couldn't take it anymore.
"That's it. I'm going to party until she calls me back."

Dante walked to his car, a Corvette. A present from his parents for getting into Harvard. He slipped into the front seat where he found a note.

    -D,
Meet me up at the place we first met.
    -S.

"Fall Brook playground... What the ********?"

He drove beyond the speed limit, going 60 MPH on a 25 MPH road, thinking he would see Serina at the playground.

When he reached Fall Brook he looked all around, calling her name everywhere. When he looked over to the swing set he saw a note taped to the seat where he first met Serina.

    -D,
Change in plans. Meet up at the place where you asked me out.
    -S

    "Roll on ******** America?!"
It'd been 2 years since he had asked her out. He could still remeber every detail.
"Hair in two braids, Bright Red Rollar Skates, mini skirt, and Aeropostal Tee shirt."

He had made it to the parking lot when he saw a note taped to the glass doors of Roll-on. He was getting really pissed off by this point, just wanting to see Serina.

    -D,
Meet me at Barrette park. Take the Left trail near the pond and go until you see the twin trees. I promise I'll be there.
    -S

"... What. The. to the. ********."

He made it to the park, sprinting to the designated spot of the meeting. He didnt' see her. And then he heard a giggle.
    "Oh Dante! Looking for her?"
Dante turned to see where the voice was coming from. He came face to face with Mila, the girl who was always following Serina around.
"Mila where's Serina?! Come on now. Tell me."
Mila giggled, it was an ugly giggle too.
"Why silly.... You're standing on top of her! Teehee!"
Dante looked down frantically where, sure enough, he saw Serina's unmistakeable hand with the promise ring he gave her.
"Serina?!" He bent down trying to dig her out. "Serina! Baby! Answer me!"
He dug deeper and deeper when finally, he had her head dug out.
And then he saw. She was dead. He looked at Mila, the rage filling him.
"What did you do?!" He screamed.
"I simply was sick of your mushy romance. So I killed her! It was simple really.
All I did was hit her with a baseball bat, hitting her repeatedly. Then I stabbed her. When I made sure she was dead, I drew you here. I wanted to see how you react to her death. Next time don't be so pub-"
Mila was cut short when she was hit on the head with the shovel she'd buried Serina with. She was hit repeatedly and endlessly.
Dante, even though she was dead for sure, took it to another level. He took out his swiss army knief and stabbed her with it. Stabbed her so many times, the blood flowed into the local pond.

He stopped and looked. He saw the two dead bodies. One of his love and one of his old friend. The friend who introduced them at the Fall Brook swings. The one who made him ask her out. The one who helped him get into Harvard.

Distraught he ran. He ran until he couldn't breathe no more. He was by the shore of the pond when he relized something.
"I'll dump both bodies into here! No one will find them that way!"
He took the light bodies of Serina and Mila and dumped them into the cold water. He left.
He went home and acted like everything was normal.
He was a normal guy, whow as going to Havard in a couple of months, and he ws normal.
    Normal.
    Just normal.

Weeks later the searches went on for Serina and Mila. He acted like nothing was wrong. Acted like a normal boyfriend would if his went missing.
    He acted normal.
    Normal.
They found the bodies. They found suspects.
The found the "killer" 49 year old Calvin Miller of Fitchburg.
    He acted normal.
    And went on living.
    He graduated college.
    He got married.
    He lived successfully.
    Then died.
And no one knew that this normal boy.
    Wasn't normal at all.
