• I was a happy carefree girl, my life was perfect until, it happened. Death. A horrible word that causes sorrow and pain. The word that tore my sister away from me.

Crash!! I bolted striate up in bed. The constant pitter patter of the hail agenst the window and steady boom of thunder calmed me after the monteres crash. My eye's wandered to Ally's bed, to see if the thunder had awoke her to. As I saw the empty bed it came back to me, Ally was gone...dead because of nimoya.
I burst into tears. Why I wondered, why had god taken my sister away from me. I wiped my tear soaked face on my arm, but I could not stop the tears from falling. I layed back down, closed my eye's and fell into a deep sleep.
“Amy!!” my mother called from across the hall. My eye's fluttered open. I kicked off my sheets and hopped out of bed. My mouth gaped when I looked at the clock. “7:10!” my mouth dropped open. I didn't want to be late on my first day back from winter vacation. “I got 15 minuets to get dressed and ready for school!” I gasped.
I threw on my cloths and ran down the hall, to go eat and head out the door. Suddenly my mother grabbed me by the arm and asked quiristly. “where are you going in such a rush?”. “I'm going down stairs to eat, if I don't hurry up I'll be late for school.” I said tugging my arm away from her. My mother laughed, I had no clue what was so funny. “Go to school? Well only if you want to hang out with the dust mites then go!” my mother replyed sarcastically. “what do you mean?” I questioned. “because of the hail, school has a two hour delay”. “sweetness!!” I yelled. I quickly turned on my heel and started walking toward my room. “I'll go wake up Ally and we can.....” my voice trailed off. I felt the tears come to my eye's as I fell to my knees, I started balling like the privies night. Digging my head into my jeans. I felt my mothers calming hand on my shoulder. “It's ok honey” she said. Her voice sounded like it was a thousand miles away. I imaged Ally, lying in that bed at the hospital, eye's closed, her pail skin cold as ice. Stop Amy, please stop crying, this won't help anything. Thats what Ally would say to me. Please stop crying for me.
