• There once was a black ink, retractable pen made by the company Staples. Not that interesting, right. Well, if you thought that, then you’re wrong. You won’t believe what happens to the pen. Or maybe you will.
When Staples made the pen, they found out that they had made one too many pens, so they threw the pen onto the street,
The next bright and sunny day, a boy named Xaul saw the pen on the sidewalk and took it with him to school because all of his other pencils and pens had all disappeared in a mysterious accident.
When Xaul arrived at his school (Frantraz Junior High), he saw his best friend Draze at the front door of the school.
Rushing up to meet Draze he almost tripped over his own feet.
“You know, you’ve always been unnaturally clumsy” said Draze as Xaul reached him.
“You know, it’s not my fault that I’m clumsy” countered Xaul as he and Draze entered the school.
“Actually it is. Anyway, did you study for the year end test on math?” asked Draze as they walked towards their classroom.
“Wait, there’s a year end test?!” asked Xaul in a slightly panicked voice.
“Well, yeah. You must have been sleeping when Mr. Alxer announced it” answered Draze as they answered Mr. Alxer’s classroom.
Looking around for his desk, he noticed that his desk was right besides Mr. Alxer’s desk. Taking a seat, he noticed that Mr. Alxer wasn’t here yet. Just then, Mr. Alxer entered the room.
“I hope that you are all ready for this years test. We have therapists right outside of the door, just in case any of you puny little students have a mental breakdown” mocked Mr. Alxer. Mr. Alxer walked around the room, distributing the test among the students. When he reached Xaul’s desk, he smirked and gave him the test.
An hour later, school was over. Both Xaul and Draze jumped on their bikes and pedaled to their respective houses. When they reached Xaul’s house, Draze asked him a question.
“So Xaul, what do you think you got on that math test?” Draze asked as Xaul approached the front door of his house.
“Well, I probably failed it, because I guessed all the answers on the test” answered Xaul as he opened the door and stepped inside his house.
