One day, she meets a boy named Eric Evens on the street. He takes an interested in her and starts showing up where ever she goes.

    Eric is a vampire, and son of the man who murdered Amanda's mother. He tells her he wants revenge on his father too for an explained reason. He says he'll help her find him, if he gets to see him die.
