• I quietly slipped out into the snow. It was so quiet out here and the light had a grayish tinge. The snow crunched under my feet as I walked. That was good sign. That kind of snow was the best for snowballs and eating.
I pick up some snow in my hand and molded it into a snowball. It was as hard as ice. I smiled reached for the snow cone favoring laying on the bench next to me and sat down. I poured some on and took a bite. It tasted great; a homemade snow-cone
    "What flavor did you use??"
I jumped and a figure-which I identified an Nick: friend/neighbor/almost ex crush- walked out of the grayish tinge. I looked down at the snowball in the had witch had purple swirls on it. "Grape."
"Pass the bottle." He said with a smile, packing himself a snowball.
I grinned back to him. " caught" Its getting pretty cold out here, I realized as I looked up at the sky.
He caught it with one hand.
"Thanks." He sat next me me on the bench.
We sat in silence for a minuet enjoying the snow.
" I hope it snows this year on Christmas." He broke the silence first.
" Me too. It would be nice this year to stay home instead of going to my grandpas."
He smiled again. " It would be a white Christmas."
"That would be the best Christmas ever! I snow Christmas..." I looked thoughtfully at the dark clouds. I turned my head to look at him just as he turned to look at me. He leaned closer, and then we were kissing.
His breathe felt warm on my face and made me blush. His hands found a place on my waist and mine on his neck. He was really warm next to the cold air. I tried to pull him closer and then we were suddenly laying in the snow.
I laughed and moved closer to him, kissing him again.
