• Chapter 1. It's Almost Everynight

On a cold, dark, night Bonny slept restlessly. Vivid pictures flashing in her mind. Things that disturbed her. Tossing and turning, trying to fight the nightmare. Then, all of a sudden, a screeching sound comes from in the hallway, that wakes her up. Sweating, she gets up and checks to see what the noise was. She walks as slow as possible trying not to wake everyone up from the squeaky floor boards. Then she relizes, no one else had heard it? Am I the only one? Why are they still sleeping? A shock of fear running up and down her spine.

Once she reaches the doorway, she peers out the door. She sees everthing is okay and walks out into the hallway. She only gets two steps away from her room until she sees what seems to be a dark figure. It's wolf-like and not friendly. It glared at her from behind a box labeled, Framed Pictures. She can feel the tention and fear in the air. She wants to run. She can't run. Something won't let her. This evil demon prepared itself to leap at her. It charges full speed ahead. Bonny still stiff as a pencil, finally at last moment finds the power to run. She slams the door behind her just inches away from her sad little death. Putting her back against the door to make sure it doesn't come in. Where is everyone?! I swear! Why can't they hear this?! she thinks.

The terrifying demon is determined to get her. It starts to ram at the door. Making loud and eire* noises. She scopes around her room for a safe place to hide. The closet. She crawls as fast as she could enters inside. She shuts the closet door behind her. On the other side of the closet door she could hear the noises getting louder. Her heart starts to race and she begins to breath harder, wondering. Wondering on what's going to happen next. Is she going to die? I she going to live? Maybe this is all a dream. No, She thought. This can't be a dream. It's all too real. Suddenly, there was a loud crash. The demon had busted through her door. Bonny shut her eyes and whispered to herself, "Please don't find me. Please don't find me..."

Everything was a mess. The demon had ruined everthing. Her bed was tipped over, her dresser fell over, there was clothing everywere. Nothing was in the right place. Finished ripping at one of Bonny's shirts the demon had only one more place to search... The closet. Bonny was still whispering to herself. Still hoping she wouldn't be found. First, she hear a noice. Loud at first, but then, silence came right after. She started to hear hard, nasty, blood thirsty breathing. She opened her eyes. They were face to face. Bonny feeling defeated and scared and the demon happy to do it's job. It opens it's mouth. Horrible breath smelled of decaying flesh and stale blood. Sharp teeth pointy and ready. The demon rushes in on her and-

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. The alarm clock goes off and Bonny wakes up horrified and sweating over the same nightmare she has almost everynight. She looks around her room, while wiping off the sweat on her forehead. Wow. A little more than before, she thought as she got out of bed and walked downstairs to the kitchen. Her mother was there and so was her brother Allen. She sat down at the table and folded her hands. "Hey mom. What's up loser?", she said as she looked at her mom than her brother.
"I'm just fine, sleep well, froghead?", her brother replied. Bonny stuck out her tongue and got up from the table to get a bowl of cereal. Her mom stopped her. "Bon-Bon, love, go sit back down. I'm making pancake and eggs." , her mom said.
"Hashbrowns, too?" Bonny said making her way back to the table.
"Yeah. Sure. You want some Al?"
"Yeah, whatever." Allen says then he looks at Bonny. "You still haven't answered my question."
"Huh? What was it again?", Bonny says spacing out. The nightmares end replaying over and over.
    "Did you sleep well?"
    "Not really."
    "Thought so."
"If you knew why did you ask me, tard?"
"Hey. Be nice you two.", her mom said overhearing thier little conversation.
"I just wanted to know for a fact. Anyways, tell me more. I like listening to you talk about it. It's like we're in a horror book or movie or something.", Allen said then he chuckled a little.
"Well, it started like it usually happened, but it was different this time. Usually I leave the door open but this time. I actually shut it. ", Bonny said thinking real hard wondering if this could be a clue to something. Her mom came to the table with everyone's plates. Bonny grabbed hers and started eating a little. Once everyone took a few bites of thier food she continued. "Also the demon was a wolf-like. The last ones looked more like shadows or gray ghosts."
"Hmmm.", was the only thing that came out of her mother.
"How many times did you say you've been seeing these dreams?" Allen says.
"They're nightmares, not dreams. I'd never want to dream such a thing and it was about 10 times. I noticed the amount of times I've dreamt it has increased to once a week to almost everynight." Bonny explains.
"This is getting interesting. Maybe it's a sign that you're going to die soon." he takes another bite out of his hashbrown.
"This is no time to make jokes Allen. I think it's telling me something."
