• Instead of rain it's blood, instead of Grass, it's dirt.
That's the way Heaven works. When you die, you go to Heaven. If you've been a bad kid, you go to Hades, where the Devil tortures your soul for as long as he wants to. I am the princess of Heaven, goddess of the world.
My father is the kind. Everyone warships his presence and my only friend is my brother, the prince of Heaven. We all died in a car accident. I'm not allowed to see my mother. She went down to Hades and hasn't returned yet.
My heart aches and I wish she would return to us. She never did anything wrong, maybe god decided she needed to be taught a lesson or something.
I sigh mornfully to myself everyday, remembering I must stay in my bedroom, no matter what happens.
Guards surround my room because if I die again, my spirit will go to Hades and rot in the depths of the ground.
My father refuses to let anything happen to me, but must he be so protective I can't even look out my window?
One day, a knock came on my window and I hesitated to open the shades, for I was scared whoever was out there, was out there to kill me.
I walked over to the window and gently lifted one of the blinds.
Outside the large window was a boy. He was holding onto my windowsill and when he saw me he smiled.
    "Please come with me, mi'lady."
I shook my head, hoping all of this was a dream.
"Open your window. I have much to show you." I unlocked my window while watching his eyes. They glowed a dark blue color and his hair waved down just above his eyes.
"That's it. Give me your hand..."
I placed my hand into his and he helped me sit upon the windowsill.
"Are you ready for a journey?"
Who was this man? This boy? Where did he plan to take me?
Wherever he wanted to go though, I wanted to follow.
He slid down a rope and landed on the clouds, holding up this world from the next. He caught hold of me and placed me on my feet.
    "Follow me." He guestured.
I followed him down through a large forest to a small wooden table like thing.
On top was a beautiful woman, her hands placed neatly on her stomach and her face soft and sweet. Her eyes were closed and she mumbled few words.
"This is the enchanted woods, you never know who will come to on this wood."
His face looked sad and I gulped nervously.
"Who... who is this?" My voice sounded so strange to me. I hadn't talked in what seemed like years, which it probably was. Ever since mom didn't come.
The woman's eyes opened slowly and her face watched mine.
"You are the princess, am I not correct?" She asked, sitting up.
Long light teal wings spread out from her back and she shook her shoulders, getting some feel back into her body.
"Where is my family?" She asked suddenly.
The boy and I exchanged uneasy glances and he knelt down in front of her.
"You're dead, which means your were brought to Hades."
I froze where I stood. What was he talking about?
"We are in Heaven. What are you talking about?"
His eyes shifted to my face.
"Ah, but princess, don't you know? You of all people should know."
He stood and looked me straight in the eyes. The way he was standing was making me nervous.
"Everyone who dies, goes to Hades. There are two parts of Hades. The upper half, where Angel's go and the bottom half, where souls are tortured in the Devils hands."
He ran his hand down my cheek and I shoved him off.
"I'm not in hades! I'm in Heaven! I am the princess of Heaven."
He laughed, eager that I was so concerned.
"Princess, calm yourself. I have already pain my time in Hades. I know where I am."
My breath became slow as I tried to think about what was going on.
The woman just sat there, unsure of everything going on.
"Don't be silly now princess, the world Heaven was destroyed three hundred thousand years ago. Now demon like me, and princesses like you, roam the same world and you'll just have to get over it."
