    The best furry friend I could have ever had. The animal that captivated my heart the moment I saw her behind that chain link fence at the pet shelter. There was something in those dark brown hues that just made me instantly say, "I want her." That day has always been in my mind and I will never forget it. <br />
    Since then, the biggest part of my life has been her. My best friend for 12 years. Always there for me to cry on. Always there to lick my face. Always there for me to talk to, when shes wasn't barking at me for a treat. She was spoiled rotten from the day we brought her home. <br />
    They say dogs leave paw prints on our hearts. She sunk her's in and I went over them with permanent marker. <br />
    I loved her and still do ♥ Right now she's in my heart. I'll carry her and her memory for the rest of my life. She had a happy life with us. ♥<br />
    Even with the large tumor she had, she still ran around like a crazy maniac, barking at the pups. Still tried to chase birds. Argued with me for a cookie. Gave her notorious bouncy bark. All up until the end. <br />

    She's not in pain anymore. And she's playing in her younger years with her best doggy friend, Sasha Big Butt.<br />

    I'm still sad. Always will be. But, it helps to think she's not fully gone. She's still here. In my heart <3<br />
