Hi! I'm love_song_from_your_heart, but please call me Song, it saves space and keeps everyone from getting typers cramp.

Now for a little about my personality....
I'm extremely shy untill I get to know someone really well. I love to laugh, and the people Im closest to are the ones who can both make me laugh and know when to be serious at the same time. Otherwise I'm one of those quiet girls who sit in the back of class, gets good grades, but no one really notices cuz she's always second best and never does anything to REALLY stand out. However, I am extremely emotional. I cry a lot, usually when someone is yelling, even if its not directed at me. I cant control it, but my doctor suggested I go to a specialist who can teach me methods to control it. I'm hoping I can start that soon so I can stop embarrasing myself in public. I mean its good to let it out every now and then, but when you cry uncontrollably it becomes embarrasing, awkward, and annoying. I see it as a setback in my life that I need to overcome if I want to get anywhere.
On the love side...
I am a hopeless romatic at heart, but for all my so-called dating experience, Im still really awkward on the whole dating thing. As for current relationships... Im newly single, and taking a break from the dating scene for a few months. Honestly i think im going to bee too busy this year for dating, but maybe after golf's over and a guy is willing to put up with my hectic schedule and my only-existant-at-school social life.

From a religious/activities stand point...
I am a Evangelical Luthran and proud of it. I'm involved in our church's youth group, youth band (as a singer) and several other church activities. Our youth group is headding to New Orleans next summer for the National Gathering and I am totally psyched to go!! Other things Im involved in is out school's orchestra program(yay violins, orch dorks, symphony AND chamber), golf team, and I am a reporter for my school's newspaper The Lantern. Which is going to be so much better this year because of out new advisors!! Our orchestra (plus marching band) is headding to Hawaii next spring break! I have to pay my own way, which is why I got a job! (lifeguarding at the Rec)

As for intrests...
I love music. I always have some kind of music going. It's my life. I play the violin, and I've been playing for about 5 years. I love bond (an amazing rock string quartet), All-American Rejects, Bond, Celtic Women, Riverdance, and so much more that I cant fit here. Currently I'm in love with the song "Viva la Vida" by Coldplay (It has an awesome orchestra backbeat-- i'm hooked) and the song "How I Could Just Kill a Man" by Charlotte Sometimes. Recently I've found a love of Celtic fiddle music. I also love movies, but I rarely watch TV... nothing much cathches my eye. Except for Jump Start on VH1.... probably the only time that station plays ACTUAL MUSIC. Oh and Scrubs and the Colber Report... two of the few comedy shows that actually make me laugh. I also have an obession with reading. In my mom's words "Put anything in front of her and she'll be reading it in a minute." I wont bother listing my favorite books because I couldn't pick just one or two that I like the best. Though A Great and Terrible Beauty (and its sequels Rebel Angels and The Sweet Far Thing) are up there. I also have recently discovered a love of mythology, and have spent most of the summer (the time that I have had) reading about the myths of different cultures. Also I am trying to read some of the classics, which may be my pleasure reading for the school year. Starting the list is Pride and Prejudice. I've only read 5 pages so dont ask me how it is. This is my second attempt at this book (the first was in 7th grade, I got lost halfway through, mainly because I was unprepared for it. I think I'll do better this time.)

Pet peeves include...
Tags sticking out of shirts.. its one of those things I HAVE to fix. I alsoo really hate people buying me stuff. I hate living of charity, I dont need it. I'd like to think of myself as pretty independant. I hate when people buy me things "as a treat." It bothers me... it really does. SO STOP IT! (the exception to this rule is on gaia... i cant afford crap because im never on long enough to earn any money! This is the ONLY time donations are accepted! Thank you Arcadien for all your help! (both dresses and the violin!) <3 and to Samui for the falcon wings!!<3 <3)

In the future...
I want to go to college, majoring in Journalism or Photojournalis and minoring in music (either Violin Preformance or composititon). My dream job would be to work as a photographer for National Geographic. But what I would really like to do in my lifetime is to write a book. Other than that, I hope to at least get married someday. Hopefully to someone who makes me laugh every day for the rest of my life. I have already decided to have one kid, no more. As someone who's grown up with two sibs who I love dearly but wish they didn't live in the same house as me, I'd hate to put a kid through that. Plus, I dont think I could handle more than one child.
