    The Facts

    I am called Bren, which is a nickname, but you can call me Grim. I do not readily spread my full name without good cause. My age is irrelevant; my ethnicity, useless; my gender, obvious; my outlook, relatively clear. I am a human being, born and raised in New York, relocated to a new state, and have oft felt as though my purpose lie elsewhere, as most dreamers do. However, where most dreamers pursue their dream and nothing more, I have come to the conclusion that dreams must be secondary to reality, and so I currently pursue a career in Software Design and intend to major in Computer Engineering, along a Software Specialization. As for my present, I'm a relatively good-natured fellow with a general disdane for humanity as a whole, but I thoroughly enjoy being proven wrong about my cynical views. I like to think I'm rather affable, so, if you'd be so kind, leave a message or two, and perhaps you'll learn that not all Gaians are completely useless.

    The Fallacy

    I am a 'Veteran' of Gaia, having been a part of the site since June of 2oo3, joining initially for the myth of the Gaia MMORPG (which is finally coming true). Back then, I had two accounts, if I recall correctly, but both were banned. Why they were banned I still cannot fathom, but at the time I truly didn't care much for Gaia, and after that I quit - this was around April of 2oo4. Friends later coerced me into returning, so I made a new account around January of 2oo5, and took a slightly greater interest in the site. In theory, I was an oldbie, but in practice, I still remained a newbie, and so I ended up making another account because of some mishaps on that one - it is this account that I use today. At one point, a year or more ago, I left Gaia again temporarily, leaving my prized-items with my now-ex. As such, I lost a great deal of wealth, since she sold what I had (pitchfork, pendant, etc.) for peanuts and less. Help me replace any of it, and I'll be your quasi-slave.

    The Rest

    I like long walks on the beach, sharing a good drink and laugh with friends, and spending quality time with my love, Sky. She is my one-and-only, and after three years and counting, I can still believe in our bond.<br />

As much as I enjoy these, however, I must note that I do not actually pay for any of it - I'll gladly be your source of artistic inspiration, but I dislike being your source of digital income. <br />

If you've ever seen my old signature, you'd have noticed a small, moving picture in which I refer to myself Crabs - if you found humor in that, you can thank my guild. Apparently, 'Crabs' is my title there.

    Oh, and for the record, I'll be online at least twice daily, now that I've found I have quite a bit of freedom in college; even so, I do not intend to spend my "glory years" in-doors, so good luck catching me.<br />
