• Artist Info: I have been on Gaia Online for about 3 or 4 years, but on different accounts. I don't feel like writing a huge essay on myself, so I'll just copy my Facebook info. That should sum things up nicely.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Activities:
Surfing the interwebs, music. Reading. Watching TV. Internet culture.
Interests:
Computers and the interwebs. I like drawing, but that's not saying that I'm any good. A little reading to keep the mind sharp, and lots of video games. Lots.
My computer is an antique, FYI. (88mb ram, 12gb HDD, win98se OS.)
Favorite Music:
Old stuff. Hendrix, Zeppelin, The Who, Queen. A lot of 80s, too. Bon Jovi, Guns N' Roses. Some obscure stuff for good measure. Rammstein, Bright Eyes, Chiodos. And...METALLICA.
Favorite TV Shows:
Mostly comedy, but action is good too. Scrubs is probably my favorite show, but not the new episodes. Band of Brothers, Discovery Channel, and the History Channel.
Favorite Movies:
Gritty action movies are my favorite, Saving Private Ryan being the best. Enemy at the Gates and 300 were good. To paraphrase Spike TV: nobody should cry unless it's induced my tear gas. Old action movies with Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris, or Steven Segal. Forrest Gump ranks up there, too. Fact: I have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of Star Wars.
Favorite Books:
Anything with a dystopian future or alternate history type of theme. Brave New World, iRobot. favorite book ever is 1984. I'll read non fiction too, A Long Way Gone, Jarhead (Must have read that 5 times by now). I usually don't care for fantasy, with the exception being Redwall. I don't like 99% of anything new.
Favorite Quotations:
Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.
Dr. Napoleon Hil
'Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'
'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.
'I don't much care where --' said Alice.
'Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.
'--so long as I get somewhere,' Alice added as an explanation.
Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right.
Henry Ford
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
