The girl is from a hidden pose from Prince of the Sea. If you equip her mermaid form and sit down, she turns into a human girl.
I think Gem2niki changed something about her layering/positioning since PotS first evolved though, because her feet no longer hide behind the cloves. I think he moved her down a bit...which makes this copy of Princess Marika pretty unique!
