This is not meant to be can expensive avatar, its on a budget. I fund it will be good for newbees instead of staying in boring preset outfits!!
The blue is a colour of summer and that is in all of her outfit-in different shades ofcourse. The flower looks tropical and adds a splash of colour as do the hearts and heart tattoo.
