- Description: He is the decider of fate, the executioner of the human race, all beings pass through his hands in death. Even so, he appears to those that can change their future and "persuades" them to change their way though questionable means. Though most of the time his warnings go unheeded, there are a few noticeable exceptions. At times he changes someone fate for his own enjoyment. Being eternal he needs some amusement or he would simply extinguish the human race to make things more interesting.
