I made this a couple weeks back and it seems a lot of people like it. What started out with an avi using the dark elf skin eventually turned into one which involved me using reds and yellows... colours I'd not normally use. I was thinking about creating a sort of "story" for this avi... something about him being the playful blood-lust on the battlefield, but I disregarded that idea since not all original avatars need backgrounds.

This is probably one of my favorites (I know I tend to say that a lot, but you're very creative with most things you tend to put together.) I love the reds and the yellows, they seem to work very well together, especially with the darker skin tone and the darker hair color. Overall though, wonderful work (as always.) <3

- Popping my own cherry and making an extra note of the avatar not originally being a reference to Mastadon's song, nor Moby d**k. Although those were in mind, I just felt "Blood & Thunder" was a fitting name for the ol' avi after I had made it.
