retry no the story:
he is the herald of the wing god, he was sent down to punish his followers whob are disobeying him. he can strach you once and you will die from the poisin. he is treacherous, evil, greedy, but very very powerful. the injury on his arm was his punishment for talking back to the god. it is his only weak spot. if you even touch it once, it will be the end of him.
